I bought nokia 105 mobile on 21st oct 2020, i am facing charging issue on that mobile i contacted nokia cuscare support they said provide replacement because still my mobile in warranty period.
From oct 7th onwards i am talking through mail and phone to cuscare but till date i didn't get my replacement. simply they send mail but action not happened my mother using this phone but past 2 months she don't use a phone many time i explained about this to cuscare but they said they will give replacement but i didn't get my replacement. so i don't know where i will go next that is why i raised complaint here, so i requested to you kindly do the needful.
