Nokia — Nokia not taking action even after 3months of complaint

I have ordered a Nokia 105 plus for my elderly father who is not able to use a smartphone. After couple of months the phone has stopped working. I have raised the issue on 1.12.2022 and submitted all the required details of the phone. Still they have not replaced the phone which is still under warranty. I have sent more than 20 emails for an update. Every time i am receiving the same reponse, " please wait for sometime, our team is working on it". They are not telling still how long i need to wait. I am tired of this. I never expected this kind of service from Nokia. Please look into this matter at the earliest.
