I am AWHO Vivek vihar resident.
I bought a Nokia 55" TV in July 2021 and took 2 year extended warranty ( valid till November 24).
On 22nd Aug 2023. My TV screen has screen issue since filed complaint.
The complaint route is Nokia - Flipkart- Jeeves. The engineer came on 23rd Aug and said, back panel needs to be changed. NOW ON 25th Aug, they tool our TV
On 7th September evening, they returned it back but soon when we started checking TV, same issue reappeared.
We complaint on 8th September morning to complaint that issue is not resolved. However on 10th September evening, I got a message that our issues has been resolved via message that too none bother to check our complaint. On 11th September, when I told them about history. Their call center, created new complaint and now again, the issue is stuck for another 21 days without any guarantee if they will be able to resolve the issue or not.
This really annoying and frustrating.
And a very bad example of bad service. We did not expect this from a company like Nokia.
