Nokia — Nokia TV not processing TV claim
I ordered Nokia TV from flipkart on OCT-22-2022. The TV was delivered and installed, while buying the TV I have bought an extra 3 years of ONE-Assist warranty as well.
I have an issue with Television on March 11th while watching. I have contacted Flipkart Immediately on this and they have asked me to contact Nokia Customer care or One-Assist Immediately. The next day I raised my complaint with Nokia. Nokia customer service has assigned Jeeves Customer Service to check my Television, on the next day a technician came and verified its problem with the motherboard, he took the pictures and asked for the replacement of the motherboard or replacement of the TV. Now after this since march 14th there is no update from Nokia.
I have been trying to reach Nokia customer care and Flipkart Customer Care. No one is responding and providing me the correct info, I feel very regret to buy products in Flipkart, Even after 22 days of the TV issue till now I didn't not get any update its very regretful thing to choose the NOKIA/Flipkart.
I got a call from Jeeves customer manager from Guntur. His name is Karimulla and his assistant Baji. He said this will be resolved on[protected] till now there is no proper response from them as well.
The ETA provided by Nokia Team is 31-March-2023, till now there is no message call or any update not even complaint number is updated.
