problem- touchscreen is not working properly and automatic application started
I submitted my phone on 25 March but still issue is not resolved.
I got call from your service on 11th March and they told me you can collect your phone on Monday(14 March) and contact to Sunita(Service centre Manager) also.
I contacted Sunita on Saturday and they told me part will be on Monday so you can come to service centre on Monday.
I went to service centre on Tuesday and they told me parts is on pending I got shock by listening horrible answer.
I contacted to Sunita she told me I will arrange the parts from other service centre so please give me time for 2 days.
It means that parts has been sold or something? In starting I visited 2 service and contacted all service centre because service centre people told me
we don't communicate with other service center so you have visit only so on what basis she is telling that
I will contact other service centre.
