I would like to share my Nokia story and seek your urgent attention and help in this matter. I purchased one Nokia G21 - Nordic Blue / 6 GB / 128 GB online from your Nokia India website vide order number -185145 dated November 16, 2022. After the Delivery of the packet when I open the box to my utter shock a C-21Plus phone was delivered to me in the box. I logged complain via Online Chat as well over the email also. On you online website, also opted for the return of the wrongly delivered product. Since November 21, 2022 I have been following up over email with Nokia customer care team without any resolution. Every time received a standard reply that we are looking into the issue.
With this email I seek your sincere help in this matter to look into the matter and arrange for the return of the wrongly delivered product and kindly deliver the product ordered by me and paid for.
