Want to draw your attention toward the pathetic customer care service of Nokia. I recently purchased Nokia C22 phone directly from Nokia Website with order number 196312. 18th June 2023 i ordered & 21st June 2023 i received. After using 2-3 hours i got to know that there is no sound coming from earpiece while calling anyone and receiving any phone. I immediately intimated to Nokia care. They gave some troubleshooting steps & i followed but problem remain same. I told them and they asked me to send mobile pictures & video's and i did it. This all exercise i have done two times and they are not at all helping me. I just one request please replace the phone.
