[Resolved]  Nokia — Rejecting the warranty of the product

I purchased Nokia X IMEI NO.[protected] on 23.05.2014.Yesterday I detected that one of my SIM was not recognised by the phone.So I removed the SIM card from SIM port for checking. I found that one pin was loosely attached and subsequently got dislodged from that particular SIM tray.Today I went to NOKIA care named CityTel services [ 270_504886 ] situated on P 2 C.I.T. Road Scheme I.V. MOULALI, KOL KATA 700014.The centre refused to accept warranty against the damage in the SIM tray.They charged me Rs.950 for the job.{Jobsheet No. ;[protected]/141104/004} Dated 4.11.2014.
