Nokia — Replacement of Nokia 107 | |||
Dear Sir, I purchased a Nokia 107 from MATTA moblie Store, 2, Gandhi Road Dehradun, Nera Clock Tower Dehradun dated on 16 March 2014. At the time of purchase they told me that if there will be any problem during one year it will be replaced. This handset was not working because its charging pin is not working. So that I went to dealer several times but he told me today can not be checked you should come tomorrow. Finally, I went 5 times in the shop on 14th February, 2014 and the person who was sitting there told me without checking that it is a mousier problem so that it can not be replaced. I told him that during purchase you did not tell me this condition. That time you told me any kind of problem, if occurs, it would be replaced. He told me I did not give it in written. Then I told him I will complaint in the consumer court, he told me in abusive language that you are stupid and mad etc. My mother was also with me that time. Please consider my complaint.
