Sub: hello sir, this is inform you that regarding my Nokia Lumia 520 issue. After a long wait i m sending you the email regarding my problem, i think you may help me out from this issue. My complain number is 1-[protected]. Actually the issue is i got a spots on my mobile display regarding that i went to the nokia care to show that problem to them.After showing that problem to them that have told me that it is manufacturing defect so we will replace the dispaly, i said ok .After changing the display i got a another new problem in the display. on the right side corner(bottom) i m getting a light focus( u can identify that problem very clearly in d dark room with the dark back ground in the mobile). so regarding that intially the service center people have told me that its not an issue you can use it. But i m not agree with their words. i said them how can you talk like this . And i have called to the customer care and raised the compliant regarding this. After that the service center people have sent my mobile to the factory on 28th of september to ressolve this issue. After that yesterday i got a call from nokia care stating that your mobile as been repaired and you can come and collect your mobile. So, i went to the care to collect my mobile the problem is still nt yet ratified it remains same as before. So, i left my mobile in nokia care only. nearly 8 times i have visitied to the nokia care regarding the same issue. As of nw for petrol alone i have spent 700rs. I have to travel for 70kms every time. I have lost my patience and finally i m sending you the mail. And the person name called Hari he is the one who is taking care of my compliant. my request is please help me out from this issue dont kill me anymore. please i m begging you. please dont put me in to the trouble. Now i m feeling a lot that why i got this nokia mobile. This is entirely your technician's fault. I dont want that mobile any more please kindly replace it with a new one its my humble request. Already i having lot of depths on top of that this is an another issue for me. And please dont loose the customers.
