NonStopWears — no delivery no refund.. no response

I have ordered from this via instagram. And after waiting so long i have not received my product. I have not getting any email reply. So, it is totally fake site. They are running fraud business for money. So do not order from this. Stop ordering where cod is not there. Can you please tell me how can i get refund? Hope legal action should be taken against this.
