August और september महीने में बिजली का बहुत ही अधिक खपत दिख रहा है जबकि हमारे घर में इस तरह का load नहीं है। इस महीने का बिल आशचर्यजनक रूप से बहुत अधिक आया है। श्रीमान से अनुरोध है corona जैसी महामारी में इतना अधिक बिल भेजने के पहले जाँच आवश्य होना चाहिए जिससे हम जैसे customer को परेशानी का सामना नहीं करना पड़े। उचित करवाई करके बिल सुधार करने का कष्ट करें।

Updated by rajaashu I am consumer of NORTH BIHAR POWER DISTRIBUTION COMPANY LTD having website https://nbpdcl.co.in/. My CA No is [protected]. My current electricity Bill is unreasonably high which has been presented by electricity provided by showing erroneous electricity consumption of house. Even by going through my house monthly consumption pattern, current bill appears to be incorrect. I tried to make a complaint on this site's online complaint portal https://nbpdcl.co.in/(S(bbvv4dl4jsivz5wa4jjxacjo))/frmGrievances.aspx, but it's not working. On customer care number too, nobody seems to listen and resolve my issue. This appears to be endless game with winner as service provider because there is nobody to listen in their team and they keep on piling up bills on customer after due date.

Updated by rajaashu Online complaint portal of NORTH BIHAR POWER DISTRIBUTION COMPANY LTD is not working. It appears to be intentional so that there should not be any official complaint against the service provider by customer. Their customer care executives are also rude and clueless about everything. Their 24 hours deadline of resolving any issue never meet the timeline.

Updated by rajaashu Online complaint portal of NORTH BIHAR POWER DISTRIBUTION COMPANY LTD is not working. It appears to be intentional so that there should not be any official complaint against the service provider by customer. This is my second attempt to register complaint online. Even though my CA number is correct, the portal is showing incorrect CA number. However, this portal can give billing details by mentioning same CA number. Their customer care executives are also rude and clueless about everything. Their 24 hours deadline of resolving any issue never meet the timeline.

Updated by rajaashu This is against my complaint ID 2996061.
There is no response from service provider till now. Nobody has contacted me so far. Even on physically visiting the Electricity department office, nobody is ready to listen. People over there asked me write an application . I submitted the application and asked for acknowledgement, but service provider representatives refused to do the same. They simply told me that they will do the investigation by sending their technical team but till now nobody has arrived
