North Bihar Power Distribution Company [NBPDCL] — billed for wrong count meter reading (meter reading jumped due to technical fault) for august 2018 | |||||
Hi Sir Domestic Connection CA Number 7110403 Consumer Number[protected], Consumer Id MAD/CA12045/268512. We were wrongly billed for 3325 Unit consumption for August 2018. We are having this connection from 2010 and have never consumed more than 200 unit but August 2018 bill was shocking 3325 Units. We are retired and senior citizen, visited NBPDCL office Madhubani met with JE Revenue, RO and submitted application also lodged a complaint on NBPDCL website Complain number [protected] but nothing has happened sofar and we have not received correct bill for August 2018. We have not delayed bill payment in 8 years till july bill is paid but August 2018 bill is shocking for 25041 rupees. We have checked with them they said meter has jumped in August due to fault so its NBPDCL responsibility to correct the bill for technical fault in meter. We are retired and have not any source of income please suggest what to do further, we are unable to pay that incorrect huge bill due to meter reading jump .
