My name is Bechan Prasad Lal. My address - Bechan Pd Lal, North of Jagannath Temple, Barmasia, MIRCHAIBARI (Sub-division), Katihar Urban (Sub-division), Katihar - 854105. My meter is defective since 2017, I am paying my bill every month which is being calculated on average basis. I have been giving complaints regularly at the Katihar NBPDCL office, but there is no proper action taken till date. I have submitted several letters to the NBPDCL office in Katihar personally which have even been received by authorized personnel at the office. I will attach a copy of that as well (Received by Ekta Kumari, NBPDCL office, Barmasia, Katihar) Request to please look into this matter urgently and take proper action to change my meter as soon as possible.
