Dear sir, I would like to inform you that i have done multiple payment in consumer id[protected]. That happen due to the consumer name, address is same. I have told many times to your authorized people to solve this issues but still remain same not a single step taken by nbpdcl. I have attached all bill payment receipt that was payment by me. Also i have describe bill payment :- Transaction id - mk[protected] amount -789 date - 21/04/2019 Transaction id - mk[protected] amount-134 date- 22/05/2019 Transaction id -mk[protected] amount-81 date- 04/07/2019 Transaction id -mk[protected] amount -218 date- 06/12/2019 Payment receipt no - nbbd[protected] amount -390 date- 03/09/2019 Total amount=1612/- Requesting you to please transfer the same amount 1612/- in my consumer id[protected] Regards Saroj yadav Was this information helpful? | |||
