Sir, mai katihar district se hun. Salmari se. Yahan light 24 hours me maximum 6 or 7 hours hi rehti hai. Kabhi kabhi to full day gaayb rehti hai. Aur ye 7 ghnte jo light rehti hai wo bi bht km voltage itna ki indicator bi off hi rehta hai. Pta ni aap ye massage padhenge ya ni pr pls agr padhenge to kuchh solution nukaaliye. Hme bht pareshani ho rai hai. Jb se light aai h yahan tb se yai haal hai. Mai village area se belong krti hun. Pls sir do something better for us. Pls.

Dear sir/madam

Im a permanent resident of punjab. I have never visited bihar nor i have any connection of electricity in my name still i receive messages from NBPDCL from 2017 to pay the bill of electricity.

Im sharing concerned pictures.
Kindly rectify the problem on priority.
