North Bihar Power Distribution Company [NBPDCL] — excess amount of bill generated even my house closed from 2 months

My CA No[protected]. And powe is not using from 2 months cause no body stay at home due to not present at this time in home. Amount generated Rs 581 and previous months Rs 1086 which has been paid. I want to request to please cancel or less amount due to lockdown period not income. Warm regards
