I would like to inform you that i am a user of nbpdc just rescived a bill from electricity department bill amount is 2800 approx i am bpl user and also mitter not installed in my house but on the bill there is mentioned bill number, i am very confuse what is the paramiter of charging the amount in such cases if mitter not installed.
