I doubt to receive cash against bill of my account, it has been manipulated by relevant authority with support of departmental engineer. I have submitted 1200 rupees to the board before electricity bill and when again after getting the electricity bill I went to deposit the money then they took the complete bill amount. Pls help me out in getting back my extra money deposited.

Sir mera naam B. K. Jha hai. Main samastipur hansa ka rahne wala hun main 08.05.2017 ko complaint no[protected] mob no 1912 par registered karwaya tha lekin abhi tak koi action nahi liyaa gaya hai. Ab to 1912 wale bhi baat nahi karte hai. Ham consumers ka koi nahi sun raha hai. Please sir ham logon ki problem ko suna jai.
