as per above subject we submit a new connection form named Asama Khatoon, Village Simra, Post Srikant, Distt. Muzafferpur, Bihar on[protected] vide form no. 357852, R.T no 63241 fee 400/- deposited & service connection no 908161 fee 75 deposited in NBPD ltd. on[protected].
Sir, we didn't get the bill till now. Please do needful in this matter as soon as possible.
