We the people of bardahiya, marhaura, saran is totally hesitated due to frequent and regular power cut issue. We are facing damages like lights, fan, tv and many mores. Unable to understand why frequent power cuts is happening and who will take responsibility for household damages.

If power cut is requirement then without any notice how they can do such things. Many people's are doing work from home. Your frequent power cut will hamper their daily task and they are facing issues from their respective offices. If power cut is requirement then schedule and inform all consumers with timing. When going to complain to customer care they are trained to say we are facing technical issue. They have always technical issue then you have to think that which kind of technician you have that they can't even resolve all these issues.
