North Bihar Power Distribution Company [NBPDCL] — regarding wrong meter reading and bill

Dear sir my consumer id is [protected]. Name Sanjay Kumar. Today meter shows 65 KWH. But I got bill of approx Rd 3000/
I also mailed many times but not get any proper solution.
I requesting please send any consurn person to check my meter reading and generate bill according to my consumption.
On bill written 399 units in November 17, 87 units in january 18, 100 units in Feb 18. So total approx 608 units, but my meter is showing 65KWH. And how it possible that 2 led bulb and one fan will consume 399 units in a month.
I again request you please check my meter reading and generate bill according to it.
