My monthly consumption of electricity charges are not more than ₹1000 except winter. Average units- 5. Average charge- ₹30
But date:[protected], time :6:37pm i received msg from NBPDCL that my account balance gone exhausted. But in same day morning i checked my balance and i have had still left half month of bills in my account . In my house only 3 fans(2 in use only) and 12 LED bulb(8 in use daily), 1 TV (which is not in use) then how can it be possible that half month recharge just gone exhausted in just some minutes.
I request you to refund my charges to my account.
