North Bihar Power Distribution Company [NBPDCL] — wrong electricity bill | |
R/sir This is to be kindly inform you that i ghanshyam vats s/o-sh uday chandra choudhary resident of vill-sahasram. Sir i am consumer of nbpdcl since-15/06/2014, with consumer no-[protected], book no-007brl. Sir in begining my electric meter was running and staff come to check the meter status properly. I paid all ammounts regularly, (Mentioned in the bill) upto dec'2016. Sir after dec'16 nobody came to check the meter status. When my father went to your office at biraul to know the status of electric bill your staff told him a big ammount, a sum of rs'32000. Sir i have no any consuming appliances at my home except a table fan, than why and how can i pay the said ammount? I am serving in border security force and my father is a farmer, so we are not able to come your office regularly, therefore sir it is requested you that in view of above, kindly may investigate and solve the matter and send the correct electricity bill for payment, otherwise i can't pay present ammount. My energy meter is stop since 7 month.
Meter reader say your meter didn't give reading and you have complained for that.
So, please respected sir my energy meter change.
