Hi sir,
I consumer[protected]of north bihar power distribution limited Bagaha 2 region and I pay all my bills on time but in month of December they give me wrong bill with wrong meter no and the amount was approx 16000.
I complaint about that online and offline(12 January, I have reviving for same) both.instead of solving my issues they cut my connection.
Now they are not talking properly looks like they want bribe for same.
I talk to SDO of but he didn’t give any satisfactory answer. I don’t know what to do instead of going consumer court.
This is situation for all Bagaha region they didn’t taking meter reading correctly and they are giving wrong bill and cut the connection and connect the connection after taking some bribe. All staff members are involve in this syndicate.
