My bill for the current month is very high rather than my usual consumption. My normal consumption is 60-70 unit but this month bill was posted for 324 unit. We are using the same appliances so how a normal family can use this much unit in 1 month or 40 days. Bill was processed manually without proper reading. (Lk, a) and (Ok, n) is mentioned in bill.
