North Bihar Power Distribution Company — Wrong Billing; Arrear not adjusted;Consumer ID-CE124896; Account no. 105

Dear Sir I have paid full amount of Bill ID 43301606 dated 15.05.2015 for the month of April 2015 amounting to Rs. 3107/- including arrear of Rs. 2883.20/- on 06 June 2015 Vide Receipt no. NB[protected]. But new bill for the month of May 2015(Bill ID 46230108; dated 15.06.2015) shows arrear of Rs. 3106.65 again. It seems that my arrear has not been adjusted while I have paid the same in my previous bill. Kindly look into matter and issue a fresh bill excluding the arrear.
