My consumer no.[protected] and[protected] bill has not been generated in paper but the amount is showing if i try to pay online. So my question is how my bill is generated without taking my meter reading? Is it some kind of forgery that nesco is doing with customers those who pay online? Moreover my bill amount is abruptly high. I want some quick resolution and action to my complaint.

Consumer no[protected]consumer Santanu Ku Behera bill not served for this month.please take steps about uploading my bill so that I can pay it.I am a Nesco consumer continuing payment of my electricity bills every month but I can't pay this month my bill as it is not available online.I have hereby submit my bill.
