Hello I am Sri Sudha Ranjan kar, bearing customer number[protected].
The electricity bills are quite high as compare to my consumption. There may be some technical or nontechnical issues to be checked. Please send a technical team to check and update the query.

I am trying to pay bill through online mode and also paid Rs.335 through debit card ..but instead of TPNODL It is paid to NESCO UTILITY
It is showing as TPNODL but wrongly paid to NESCO UTILITY.
I want my money back.

I'm citizen of gopalgaon, balasore town .. here the cut of of electricity is very bad .. most of the time they cut electric in 12.00 am and given after 2 to 3 hr .. similarly in day time they cutoff current according to there mood ..

I m from civil town ship, rourkela, odisha...Too much of power cuts are occurring in our locality especially during night..in summer lots of people are facing problems...please see to this issue as soon as possible.

With reference to the subject cited above, this is here to intimate that I Shree Soumya Ranjan Jena, C/o-Akhila Chandra Jena, At/Po-Ratlang, (Mathasahi), Dist-Jajpur bearing Consumer A/c No[protected] under the jurisdiction of JTED, Jajpur, SDO, Binjharpur, ESO-Madhusudhanpur, draw your kind attention that my electric supply has been intentionally and forcible disconnected by few anti-social local public namely (1) Sri Saroj Kumar Samal, S/o- Lt. Madan Mohan Samal, aged about 41 years (2) Sri Sanjay Kumar Jena, S/o-Madhabananda Jena, aged about 30 years and (3) Harsha Bardhan Samal, S/o- Abinash Samal aged about 26 years Infront of my family members by showing gundaism and abusing to my family on dt- 18th May 2022.

Further, here is to intimate you that during time of forcible disconnection the above said unsocialised persons are spelt out that, JE, Madhusudanpur has given official order to us for disconnection of electricity and also abused using some unparliamentary language. However, due to this unauthenticated illegal disconnection of electricity I am facing much more difficulties. I have already complained regarding this in details in my local police station (Bari, Ramachandrapur).

Therefore, it is my humble requested to intimate me whether the above illegal disconnection of power supply is officially authenticated or intentionally by public and take necessary action as soon as possible for which I will be grateful to you.

Respected sir, please revision my high non Meter reading amount bill from March 2019 to sept 2019 unless I am not able to pay a big amount.

Please look into your kind attention on this sever issue. A huse difference between the amount shown on your portal and the amount collected from the consumer, even the consumer who get free connection under soubhagya scheme they also paying the amount upto 300 per month but in the portal it is shown that consumer not paid since 1019, 18, 16 in payment details section. Your staffs not collect the bill amount monthly wise.they collects after two to three months and takes the money upto 5 times more that shown in your portal. 10-12 members are coming in a bolero and demands always round figure and giving threat that otherwise your connection will be disconnected. Plz always update your portal .if the amount shown on your portal is correct then it is sure that its organized corruption.I am raising this issue because lot of people from my locality are suffering in this issue. They are saying to disconnect the current connection because they feeling exploited as they have only 1-2 bulb in their small two room home but bill charges from them is more then thousands but when I see their payment details in nesco portal it is shown that consumer is not paid from 2-3 years. You can make a social audit in our area regarding this (mayurbhanj, block - suliapada) but this audit should not be conducted from your officers or staffs, so that you know the real truth. Please sir kindly concern on this topic because here people are exploiting by organized corruption. Please make a secret investigation then you find that my words are 100% correct

Due to fall of tree NEAR TASARA OFFICE, HARICHNDANPUR, keonjhar .
We are facing problem . And we have complen in the office but they don't here and can't solve problem yet. We are 20 family .face the problem.

In our meghdamru area every day powerful happening from 10.15am to 4 pm sone times to 5 pm.your toll free no reply is fault in 33 kv.
How many days it will take to repaire 33 kv and how many days consumers will suffer

Please look into your kind attention, near 100 kv transformer at sadhubir, chalunigan, balasore, open cable fall down near to ground, many times we are requesting JEE simulia & submitted letter for repair broken pool & connect cover electric cables, because there is no response from him, at the same time we take some initative like replace bamboo stick but its broken.

In rainy time we faces lot of problems and human, cow & other domestic animals touched under this cable. So please do some needful actions before any losses.

I have paid my current month bill of Rs. 3441 through Billdesk on 27.7.2021 and amount debited from my SBI account but no payment receipt generated.
Please check at your end and send me money receipt.

I am paid online electcity Bill through Billdesk but Payment is not credit in consumer account but my amount is debited in my account.

Maximum time NESCO ODISHA is sowing technical issue at the time of bill payment through third party application like Amazon, Google pay, Phone Pay etc

I had called a Engineer at electricity department for the cause and he told that lets see the cause for tomorrow due to that there is no electricity in my area for full night.
