I am trying to pay bill through online mode and also paid Rs.335 through debit card ..but instead of TPNODL It is paid to NESCO UTILITY
It is showing as TPNODL but wrongly paid to NESCO UTILITY.

Recurrent cut of current

I'm citizen of gopalgaon, balasore town .. here the cut of of electricity is very bad .. most of the time they cut electric in 12.00 am and given after 2 to 3 hr .. similarly in day time they cutoff current according to there mood .....

A huse difference between the amount shown on your portal and the amount collected from the consumer, even the consumer who get free connection under soubhagya scheme they also paying the amount upto 300 per month but in the portal it is shown that consumer not paid since 1019, 18, 16 in payment details section. Your staffs not collect the bill amount monthly wise.they...

How many days it will take to repaire 33 kv and how many days consumers will suffer...

Please look into your kind attention, near 100 kv transformer at sadhubir, chalunigan, balasore, open cable fall down near to ground, many times we are requesting JEE simulia & submitted letter for repair broken pool & connect cover electric cables, because there is no response from him, at the same time we take some initative like replace bamboo stick but its broken.

In rainy time we faces lot of problems...
