Sir I have payed last month electric bill through Odisha Discoms with help of debit card. Payment become successful because money had been deducted from my account but I didn't get any receipt . And when I'm checking payment details option in that website it was not showing that bill has been paid . Registered mobile number is [protected] & consumer no/ Account no. Is[protected] . Name of the consumer RAJKISHORE BEHERA, div:- Baripada, Sub div:- shamakhunta, Poda Astia. Some proof regarding above mentioned details has been sent to official email address bt no action was taken or I don't receive any call or email regarding this, problem still exists . Kindly solve this issue as soon as possible.
