Since 9:30 am in the morning today on 31 aug 2019 power supply was snapped in our locality. Till now 4:15 pm it is not restored.
Water supply is also affected.
Having aged people at every other house hold you can easily guess the misery each family is under going.
Are we living in stone age? Is this the standard of your service? Do you people have any accountability or sensitivity?
Innumerable calls to your service centers are not attended. Please take this complain seriously & improve your service.
As nobody is raising voice against your callous service you have started taking the customers for granted.
If this standard continues then we will have to take it to the highest authorities.
Please act urgently.
