Dear Sir,
Meter defective reported on 18th July 2016 and same was verified by Astt.Eng.
But till now meter has not been replaced after so many reminder & follow up.
Instead of replacing meter, penalty charges are adding in bill.
If matter will not be taken up with higher Authorities, I will apply to Consumer Court or Regulatory Commissioner.
