Your meter reader of the above connection not giving the bill every month. On last day of March 2021 a bill having arrear of Rs9600.00 approx added to the bill which unjustified but I have paid it. It is a wrong bill. Compare the last five years bill and rectify immediately.It is a big issue. In this month your meter reader not generated the bill but bill generated in my paytm. It is totally wrong. Please look into the matter urgently and rectify my march and April bill immediately.Regards. Jamini Shaw
