Sir,
With due respect i am a responsible consumer having paid above rs. 54000/- to clear all my dues in nesco towards my electric bill. Again due to the negligence and nasty duties of your ground staffs at ghasipura (Kendujhar) division i am again suffering with an amount of approx 3500/- against my julp electricity bills.
I am fully aware about your policies which has not been adopted by your staffs at this division. Some examples are :
(A) no meter reading since last three months
(B) no meter card issued to the consumers.
(C) taking meter reading in absent of house members also.
(D) corrupt behavior to the consumers
(E) unsupportive nature of staffs
Please investigate t5he case or otherwise. It will lead to a legal action against your gropund staffs. Was this information helpful? |
