Northeranthes — Fraud System

I order a product (bean bag) from Northeranthes, never heard of a company before but as Razorpay is the payment gateway used I trusted and went forward with payment, Later when my product is taking too long for delivery I mailed on their mentioned email by Razorpay but it bounced back, I also tried to found the virtual existence of the company (NortherAnthes) perhaps it's missing, I got to know that I have been scammed, I would leave it upto Razorpay now as I trusted the company because Razorpay was the payment gateway.
