Notebook Hub — Goods Damaged by Notebook Hub

On dated 17th Nov 2013 I placed an order for assembled Desktop, received it on 23rd Nov 2013 from your office (Notebook Hub- Vimar Nagar). Suddenly system stopped working hence I contacted Notebook Hub Viman Nagar on 13/14th Jun 2015. Sales person / Engineer/ Contact person from notebook hub checked system and said minor problem in motherboard (DH 61 bf) and asked me to keep system with him and things will be covered under warranty soon. The service I received was unsatisfactory; I was following up with your engineer for more than a month. He said there is some shifting going on so it is taking time. Now they said motherboard is physically damaged, from where this damage comes from? Of course while shifting goods by notebook hub, as earlier it was not identified by engineer. I would like to inform you that the cabinet is also damaged by them. They are asking me to pay for it, instead of giving the replacement. I am attaching receipt of purchase and receipt of keeping goods with them. Thanks, Sunil Falke
