Notebook Hub — lenovo thinkpad laptop
Hi, I bought a laptop from notebookhub viman nagar branch in 2014. I faced an issume of auto shutdown with the laptop very next day,. I was given to learn from the management that there were certain automatic updates enabled and thus my machine re-started a couple of times. Later, when i encountered this issue in that week i repeatedly approached them and told them about the issue with the shut-down they told me it is not their fault and re-directed me to other branch (Somewhere at sadashiv peth) where i met mr angad. Later i was re-directed to other lenovo authorized service centre where i was asked to approached the notebookhub management for a doa letter. The management refused to issue a letter stating that i should've asked them on the day i encountered the issue. However, when i approached them on day1 i was told it was automatic updates issue. Day2 when i told them about frequent issues, they asked me to meet mr angad who re-directed me to authorized service centre... I was travelling overseas and i requested them (Begged them) literally explaining the problem and requested for a replacement. I also showed my visa and tickets copy... Mr angad (Who is a political guy) cleverly empathized me with the issue but was of no use... He is a sher usless resource... For a minute i almost cried out of my frustration as none of the notebook hub resources were useful... As i was in pune (Being afraid of the typical local gangs and the clan who were at the notebook hub branches) all i had to do is to leave overseas without the laptop and purchased a new acer. If this forum is honest and really works for the benefit of the customer, i would appreciate if you can teach those bunch of # a lesson Was this information helpful?
