Nova Life Space — Non-refund of token advance of rs.20000/- paid on 17.12.2022

I had booked a plot No.15A at Kundrathur owned by Nova life space pvt ltd on 17.12.2022 and paid a token advance of rs.20000/- on that day through gpay. Inspite of sending emails from January 2023 to till date i have not received neither any reply nor refund. Also, I have registered a complaint with you on 23rd July 2023. But there is no response. Pl arrange to refund the amount of rs.20000/-. It is already 8 months over, still the amount has not been returned. Is it the way of dealing a customer
