I buyed nova trimmer online and from the day 2 it is not working even their service helpline is such a crap that nothing has been done up till now, hope i can find my solution here, and get my problem resolved. Would be really looking forward for some help.
Kindly look into the matter as its been almost 1 year and this product is a waste now for me untill its been repaired. I hope company have some image that it will respond to my complaint.
Looking forward to get it resolved.

Sir i have purchased nova chargebale trimmer 6 month back. But it is not working now. And product is in warrnty period. I purchased it on flipkart. This is
Nova 20 lock in length settings nht 1085 trimmer for men. This is from some days is not working. The trimmer is not charging. Before that this was working fine. And my trimmer is in warranty period. I want that trimmer should repair. Could you help me on the following mentioned subject.

Repeating this message posted by Ravichander These false defamation messages are posted by a company called I Studio Technologies with their office at Ramapuram. This company is doing reputation management for lot of real estate companies by posting fake positive messages for builders. These fake positive messages are posted to mask the genuine complaints posted by the customers who are affected with poor quality and unethical practices of the builders. Thiscompany has been in the roles of VGN for several years and they have paid by VGN to post fake positive messages in different websites to cheat the customers. Nova has been started by ex VGN employees and VGN’s MD Mr. Pratish is using all methods to give problems to this company. On the behest of Mr. Pratish, I Studio technologies is posting these fake messages in different websites using proxy servers. What ever is posted about Nova is Practiced only by VGN and same can be verified with the complaints posted by their customers in the blogs and websites . I would like Nova should take action against these people by lodging complaint with Police.

Beware of the Nova altima project. This project is totally waste.there are many reason to say this project is to be waste. Mainly labour problem. Delay in possession date Poor construction Poor quality Lack of customer service Registration problem High rate Rude to customer I heard that people who invest the money in this asking the money to refund. Some people bought the money remaining are waiting for refund. I dont know they give the money or not. So beware of this project.Do not waste your time or money investing with this Builder

I had a bad experience with the Nova life Space. The project rate is high. The gives separate rate each specification. If we asked the branded fitting means they put extra charge for that also. I saw the reviews of this builder. There are so many bad reviews. I didn't bother about these reviews and went to the office.but i went to their office, then only i know the truth. It is one of worst company.

This Developer is a big fraud, cheat, and will not even feel the ashamed or even a little pity on you. my fellow Indians they will and surely bring and use their own people to make good comments over here just to make themselves clean and cheat more and more people in this city. BEWARE OF THESE CHEATS BECAUSE THEY WILL OFFER YOU THEIR FLAT EVEN AT A THROW AWAY PRICE, BECAUSE THEY R NOT GOING TO COMPLETE THIS RES. COMPLEX. I wish our Consumer courts help us to punish these cheats. PLEASE KEEP AWAY FROM THEM I DON'T WANT YOU TO BE CHEATED AND BECOME PENNY LESS LIKE ME.

IF YOU WANT TO BUY ANY PROPERTY FROM THESE GUYS BE PREPARED FOR INDEFINITE DELAY, NO COMPENSATION AND ARROGANT STAFF !!

There are several reviews on Nitesh Flushing Meadows and here is my two cents. A real scenario that happened with customers at their MG Road Office.

40 Odd customers get an appointment fixed a month back with the CEO of the company for 19th January 2013 at their MG Road office with much difficulty. They arrive dot on time on the designated date.

CEO and team are unavailable. They are at the project site instead of being at office. Reason, CRM Team DIDN'T COMMUNICATE to customers about change in venue.

On trying to reach them over phone they are unavailable. Gretta - General Manager CRM accuses customers of lying of not receiving email. Neither is she ready to forward the email that was supposedly sent. Obviously because no email was sent.

After waiting for more than 2 hours and requesting for another appointment date no body buzzes. The General Manager CRM Gretta Vinu arrives at the MG Road office after more than two hours of wait. Instead of apologizing for the lack of communication for creating confusion she shows attitude to them and talks very rudely.

She keeps them standing at the lobby ... doesn't even offer them to sit in a conference room and hear out their concerns.

When customers question her about why she doesn't answer emails or takes phone calls to hear the concern of her customers. She rudely responds that she "CHOOSES NOT TO ANSWER THE EMAILS SENT" !!

There is a heated argument between Gretta and the frustrated customers.

And she walks off from the place.

THIS IS THE ATTITUDE OF A GM Manager CRM towards it's customers. The project Flushing Meadows is already delayed for more than 1.5 years. Their earlier project Forest Hills was handed over after 5 years. And Nitesh Estates is not paying compensation to it's customers as signed in the sales agreement.

I contacted Nova Life space to check about their plot project in sriperumpudur. Saw the site and interacted with their team. They came across as a decent company and their information about the project and location were realistic and not overhyped like other companies. Their terms and conditions were customer friendly since they told me that I can cancel by booking and get refund without any cancellation fee incase if I do not go ahead with registration. After reading some negative feedback about them in the net I was surprised since the allegations were wrong since I interacted with them. They also gave me a book called Nova Propsense which clearly explains all the details involved in buying a plot or an apartment, it is definitely an eye opener. I suggest everyone to get a copy to educate yourself.
