After booking a plot in what turned out to be a very bad and remote area, we decided to cancel. Their field staff assured us that we would receive a full refund within 90 days, but it has now been over six months, and we are still waiting. Despite multiple emails and calls, their customer service team either ignores us or gives vague responses, and their field executives are completely unreachable.
This is a huge sum of in lakhs, which was our hard-earned savings, and we desperately need it for my mother’s upcoming spinal surgery. Yet, Nova Life Space continues to delay and make false promises. This feels like a scam, and their behavior towards customers is highly irresponsible.
If this company truly values its customers, why is it so difficult for them to process a simple refund that was promised months ago? I am now left with no choice but to explore legal options.
