After booking a plot in what turned out to be a very bad and remote area, we decided to cancel. Their field staff assured us that we would receive a full refund within 90 days, but it has now been over six months, and we are still waiting. Despite multiple emails and calls, their customer service team either ignores us or gives vague responses, and their field executives are completely unreachable.

This is a huge sum of in lakhs, which was our hard-earned savings, and we desperately need it for my mother’s upcoming spinal surgery. Yet, Nova Life Space continues to delay and make false promises. This feels like a scam, and their behavior towards customers is highly irresponsible.

If this company truly values its customers, why is it so difficult for them to process a simple refund that was promised months ago? I am now left with no choice but to explore legal options.

If anyone has faced a similar situation with Nova Life Space or has any advice on how to escalate this legally, please share

They will force you to pay deposit amount of 5k for booking with a word, if you changed your mind we will return you the rs 5000.
But if you ask your money back they wont even respond. They just give excuse telling will give within this week.. But they wont. Fraud company. Dont give booking amount until you finalise with the home. Dont get cheated with there hospitality. Its fake. These people are not prompt

I booked a flat in Nova life space. This company provides excellent quality homes. They show extreme hospitality to customers. They build homes of very good looking design and all the projects connects important IT offices, shopping malls, schools, hospitals, cinemas etc. looking for a dream home? Nova life space provided the highest quality products and customer service. I would recommend Nova life space. to anyone that needs construct a home with excellent quality.Go ahead to Nova life space.

I am Senior Project Manager in a software company in Chennai. I and my family decided to buy a flat in Nova Altima Palace, but we were hesitating because of the online review. Then I took a step to go by myself and have look what is the reality because I was very much convinced with the facilities they were giving.

Hi, My name is Sarathy. I am working in an MNC. I planned to buy a flat in Nova Altima. I go to their office for enquiry. They customer service from them is very bad. No one mind me when I entered into their office. I am simply standing in reception for 5 to 10 minutes. After one of the sales person come and says about their project. I asked when the possession date. That sales person didn’t know. What the company is this? Really worst company.

I have never seen any reputed company giving such bad service and totally false information and commitments. They don/t have any dedicated manpower and people change regularly. They give promises only on mouth and never give anything in writing. It is basically cheating the customers. I was very impressed with their hospitality at the time of booking also; they gave us very dreamy picture about this project. They said that if we cancel the project they give the refund amount at the time of cancellation. Some personal reason I cancelled the booking. The sales manager denied our words and no refund amount is given to us when we cancel the project. Really they are worst builder. I am unhappy with their activities.

They are cheats in one word! • Possession delayed • Not up to the expectation • Harass customers Also, their plan is rubbish, if you notice the duct area is clearly visible from their tiny corridors and their bathroom windows are clearly visible from the corridors. Their entry to the estate is not ready yet which they show in their video for advertisements.

I have booked an apartment with Nova Life space Constructions. The customer care team of Nova Life space is horrible and it leaves a very bad taste when interacting with them. They will not reply to mails and will only give reasons when you finally get them on call. Due to this bad work ethic of customer care team the honest work done by many of the other teams will be laid to rest as I can vouch for myself to not approve of Nova Life space to any of my friends or relatives.

I am one of the customers to Nova Life space pvt.ltd . Me and 750 others who booked at Nova Life space are extremely disappointed due to the quality of Nova Life space. Here are the issues:- 1. Handing over delayed by 1.5 years 2. Did not bother to settle us for the delayed handover 3. NO ELECTRICITY AND NO WATER while handing over 4. EB Card, Property tax, Sewage tax card - nothing has been handed over to the customers even after 1 year of handing over the apartment. 4. Very poor customer care. 5. They advertise well, but serve very badly. 6. We tried meeting the MD for all the false commitments in the project. You are never allowed to meet. 7. you will be left with only choice of going legally against them for all the hard earned money that you invested with them. Please be very careful if you are investing at Nova.

I never expected Nova life space have such a worst customer satisfaction. Without knowing whether the works were completed or not I got a letter that my flat is ready in all aspects and final payment required. It looks like money alone is the only goal and lacks the most important thing that is customer satisfactory. My worst experience. Hope you people at least look for some other builder

These guys promise big and never deliver. Project drags for years. No customer support. No one will even pick up the phone once you have paid the booking fee. Home buyers, beware and stay away from this builder. They give ultimatums and nightmares to their buyers. The apartment is now almost in completed state, but the quality of work is pathetic, most of the tiles are making hollow noise, many residents have complained about leaking pipes and dripping bathroom ceiling within weeks after taking delivery. The quality of the service is very poor. Response from the builder is dismal. Irresponsible response from the builder. I request any consumer think before buying Nova life space pvt ltd. Continuous denials. Fake deadlines. Back and forth on design commitment. Nothing guaranteed.

To all the flats buyers who is planning to buy the flat in Nova Alitma I am one of the flat owner at Nova Alitma site. Recently I visited the site to know about the work status for my flat. Because I have requested to do few electrical and plumbing work additionally for which the entire cost is paid. While checking with the site staff I understand that, there is no plumbing knowledge person available for that site. I am not able to imagine about the plumbing issue I am going to phase after handing over of the flat to me. By this we can understand that, the importance given to the customers money by Nova The site staff is saying that they are having the third party inspection agency to check the quality. While checking with the known circle I understand that, the third party agency is not professional for the quality check. They are only quality certification people in terms of documents. I am requesting with the other flat owners of the Nova Alitma project to inspect their flats and ask for refund if any work is not properly done. Because few of the false buyers already received the refund from Nova. This was communicated by one the sales person of the Nova who recently left the Nova company.

Model flats fitting and other finishes are very low quality material using.(eg. All electrical materials were using very very low quality, low quality Doors and wall finish, floor finishes, ceiling finish etc..) Nova Life Space’s owner talks very nicely when you go for enquiry and even try to you saying he doesnt work for high margin like that until you book the flat. Once you book the flat he changes his face.He give extra bill each and every month saying this for extra sand, gravel etc etc and finally he shows his cruel face before final settlement. He gives an extra 2 lakhs bill for extra modification he has done which was promised as free for changes when we book the flat. He talks very loud to the people especially if you send you mother or housewife for looking after the construction when u struck up with office work. So if you book flat for 40 lakhs he will bring that to 50 lakhs... Life Space now Started another New Project as Nova – MAHATMA GANDHI AVENUE. MAHATMA GANDHI AVENUE is not a part of Chennai Metro. So for drinking water you need to depend from the outside. SO kindly request you don't buy the flats from this frouds

Nova Life Space now Started New Project as Nova Altima.The Gerugambakkam to Manapakkam road.This is one of the worst project in Chennai. The area converted as a residential area by some occupant. It was actually lake some years before. So when rain comes the area flooded by water and the area will be dry after March. Nova life space altima for Drinking water you need to depend from the outside. Since the ground water is salty you can’t drink. You can use this water only for Toilet purpose . There are lot of negative issues there. Most of the Plot/flat’s constructed by Real estates and they are using Ash bricks for their constructions. The property always over priced even though the construction is poor. They sold the lands to many unsuspecting customers. Nova Life Space is no1 Fraud in the construction business.Nova life space’s property is much higher price. Their properties are not as per Chennai Corporation rules.They are trying to sell his property. Fortunately no one ready to buy his property.
