[Resolved] NowNaukri — False assurance and not ready to pay back my registration charges | |||
Initially when Nownaukri Manager Kumar & Kajal called me and assured me that my profile will be processed in one week and same I have put into the email same day and I have registered on 11 Jan. NN001 23730 Profile Maximizer | Senior Level (10 Yrs[protected]:18:51 NN001 23716 Dream Job Finder_Senior[protected]:30:38 After that there was no communication on till 11th Night considering their approach I have decided to cancel my registration and sent them an email to cancel my registration. On 12th also I have not received any call from them so finally I have called them around 1.00 PM then Kajal assured me that I will get call from NowNaukari and forget about what they are saying I will manage your profile within one week. After that I got call around 4.00 PM same day but after that there was no communication from them for 2 days so finally I have sent email to them saying what is the status of my profile they said you have not sent us profile although I have sent them same day on12th then I have told cleared informed them to cancel my registration immediately. Now they are saying it will take 30 days to process my refund as per there policy and starting date will be 20th Jan not the 11th Jan. A. If they have a process set for the profile then why they have given me false assurance that they will process my profile in one week B. Why they have not assigned me Resource manager although I have paid everything C. For cancellation also they are showing me there rules Considering all these I think nownaukari should pay me my money as early as possible they can.
