Nowshine.in — fraud company took my 2786

I got a call from a representative (Mob no - [protected]) of nowshine.in on 10th january. But while speaking the the representative spoke that he is from shine.com. He asked me whether i am looking for a job chnage and i told yes. Then he asked me to register to the site for the resume zapper service so that the resume will be visible to companies for job vacancies. So as i was looking for a job change i went and registered with rs 2786. But after registering and paying the amount i did not receive any confirmation email apart from the invoice attached in this complaint. The representative later called again and asked to pay another rs 8999 to directly give offer letter for the job. I was shocked as without interview how can this happen. So i told him to arrange a interview with company if their is a vacancy and then if i pass the interview i will pay nowshine.in rs8999. But the representative was forcing me to pay first. He started calling every 5-10 mins and forcing to pay telling "that the registration will complete only if i pay another rs 8999." so i told him that as i did not receive any confirmation email that i have registered for resume zapper service, so i won't pay another unless i receive any confirmaton email or interview schedule.

So i asked him to refund my money rs 2786 back as i can't pay another rs 8999 for registration completion. Please note he had not told about this rs 8999 before i had registered for resume zapper. I went through the policy on the site www.nowshine.in and saw there was a refund policy for money payed within 48 hrs. So i requested him to refund as it was available in the policy on the site. Then he used abusive words and told that "i will not refund anything, if you want you go and complain anywhere and told that the he did not care about the policy in the site".

This complain is to take action against this fraud company and black list it so that people like me will be saved from being cheated by these fraud company.
