Nptel — Payment failed but amount deducted. Request for Refund from NPTEL

Request for Refund from NPTEL

While registering for NPTEL exam on 13, sep, 2022, amount of Rs.1000 was debited from my account in my first 2 attempts, but examination fee payment was unsuccessful. & In my third attempt, payment got successful. Till now, the amount is not refunded to my account, even 23 days gone after payment. Will it be refunded automatically or have to do follow-up? kindly give suggestion or way to get the money back,
