Been trying to make payment for the exam registration, while money has been debited all 4 times that I tried making the payment, the payment status shows failed....

I have paid for the exam Rs.750, but in the portal it show its incomplete but amount has debited from my account, i need to attend the exam. I didn't receive any message...

While registering for nptel exam after entering otp for payment it showed a blank page with page error. Got an email from nptel stating the confirmation of successful payment of exam registration fees and money was also deducted from bank. But on the nptel course page my course is being shown in "unpaid" list and payment status is "payment_initiated". This has happened to me twice and in total rs.2000 was deducted from my account. Please...

I wrote DIGITAL SYSTEM DESIGN exam on April 29 2023. Even though the results are published my result is not yet available.
I mailed to NPTEL offices, tried calling them. But no response came yet. Please do something about it NPTEL TEAM.

Help me in completing my exam registration fee...

I registered for nptel exam in python for datascience on 17 th feb 2023 at 7.48.I paid money through upi Id payment method and amount 1000rs debited from my account.But its showing payment unsuccessful.so I tried again with debit card option and its successful and another 1000 rs debited from my account. I kindly request nptel to refund my initial payment of 1000rs back to my account with ref 304.please solve my problem as soon as possible....

I have paid ₹ 1000 for nptel exam registration, but registeration has been cancelled.. even though ₹ 1000 debuted from my gpay account. I have wait more than 20 working days.. but I didn't get my refund amount. So please refund my money as soon as possible.....

While registering for NPTEL exam on 13, sep, 2022, amount of Rs.1000 was debited from my account in my first 2 attempts, but examination fee payment was unsuccessful. & In my third attempt, payment got successful. Till now, the amount is not refunded to my account, even 23 days gone after payment. Will it be refunded automatically or have to do...

On September 12, I made a payment for nptel iot exam. During the registration the amount of Rs. 1000 is debited from my account but the payment is failed. Even 10 days are passed, the amound is not refunded. Kindly consider my problem....

While registering for the NPTEL exam after entering OTP for payment it showed a blank page with a page error. I got an email from the NPTEL stating the confirmation of successful payment of exam registration fees and money was deducted from the bank. But on the NPTEL course page, my course is shown in the "unpaid" list and the payment status is "payment_initiated". Please look into this matter as most urgent as the deadline for the NPTEL payment is near.

I have paid Rs 1000 2 times for registration of exam for Thermodynamics course but it is showing that the payment is failed although the money is deducted from my account. You can find the attachment that I have paid 2000rs for thermodynamics through UPI. Please solve this issue as soon as possible and refund my money back to my account.

This is to bring to your attention that the test center provided to me is on the outskirts of Delhi and the exam session is forenoon. I live in East Delhi and there is no commute at all available from there to the test center. It will most definitely take more that 2-3 hrs to just reach there by car even. There is no chance I'd be able to reach the exam center. I've paid a hefty sum as the exam fees for the course as well so I do not want to miss the exam. I request you to please change the exam center to a feasible location. Most of the other faculties from my University have their test centers in Greater Noida. Even that would be feasible for me.

How can I get my refund back

During the payment of nptel exam I entered OTP and amount is debited from my bank account but it displayed as payment failed in nptel portal. I waited for 3 working days but my money did not return back. It would be great if you help me in this issue.

I have paid for a course through UPI to
swayam nptel. Which, after the process showed payment failed, but money were deducted.
I had paid the second time to the same course, which was successful.
