I have purchased 3 bags of ARJUN CHAKKI ATTA 10 Kg from BESTPRICE Jalandhar Byepass, Ludhiana vide invoice no. [protected] dated[protected], TILL: 104 STORE: 4717. The employees asked that ATTA is under warranty for three months from the date of purchase and further asked that if any defect will be occurred then ATTA will return immediately MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED. Now one bag out of three bags is having White worms in atta/flour too much
The ATTA is old one. White worms are in ATTA. The quality of the ATTA is bad. The substandard quality ATTA is sold to me by your company.
THREE TIMES, I went to BESTPRICE Jalandhar Byepass, Ludhiana for return bad ATTA but the employees of BESTPRICE Jalandhar Byepass, Ludhiana have flately refused to return the same and refused to refund the amount.
I have moved complaints to CUSTOMER CARE OF BESTPRICE BUT ALL IN VAIN. My all efforts became futile due to inaction of bestprice company.
It is, therefore, requested that one bag of ARJUN CHAKKI ATTA 10 Kg may kindly be returned to BESTPRICE Jalandhar Byepass, Ludhiana immediately AND money be refunded.
