NSC — Non receipt of NSC

I had deposited Rs. 10000/- on behave NSC at Nalbari Post office on 08/09/2021. But, till now I am unable to receive the certificate. I Went to the office several times, but they had not given interest.

So, I humble request you to kindly do the needful.
