Nsdldp — Message getting without any Demat account

Yesterday i have received two message from NSDLDP regarding Demat account .

1st Message received from VK-NSDLDP
As per ur request, ur mobile no for receiving SMS Alerts for demat a/c xxxx2936 is changed to [protected] . Pls contact ur DP in case of any discrepancy.NSDL

2nd Message received from VM-NSDLDP
welcome to NSDL SMS alert facility for Demat account.For details and terms and condition, visit us at www.nsdl.co.in.

I request you to please check it & do the corrective action on priority.
