NSE — NON RECEIPT OF FUNDS

Dear Sir, I was a member with Defaulter member o[censored]NICON SECURITIES PVT LIMITED.In the process of trading, i have transferred an amount of Rs 40000.00 on 05/09/2013 through my registered account (ICICIBANK) to the stockbrokers account.The said stockbroker was expelled from NSE.I had approached NSE for claiming my balance amount and stocks with the Defaulter member.later my stocks were transferred to SMC GLOBAL SECURITIES LIMITED through CDSL.But my amount was not transferred to the same agency. After approaching the NSE, and subsequent correspondence, i have not received my money.It is unfortunate that Neither NSE nor SMC GLOBAL SECURITIES LIMITED is taking responsibility in refunding my dues. Kindly resolve the issue. I am here with attaching the correspondence with NSE and my bank statement to transfer of money to stockbrokers account.
