My trading code with smc global is czl0046 and on 20.06.2022 smc debited my account with for rupees 7171/-stating " difference amount of bse txn charges from 24.08.2020 to 23.05.2022"

i several times requested them to remove the debit amount and this was mistake of smc and thus smc must bear the losses but they din not removed and started charging interest on debit account.

I told them that i would have save tax which i paid to government if they would have rectified their mistake in previous year but they are sticked to their decision and one the employee of smc someone mr. Paul/pal told me over phone that if i do not pay the dues, they will sell shares from my holding without informing me as because they are having poa with them. I replied do what you want can do, i will not pay this uninformed dues.

Suddenly debiting account without prior information and after that these type of comment is not acceptable from the employee of such a reputed company with whom i am associated with more than 10 years. Thousands of people have given them poa for trading, this type of comment is very serious.

Please sort out the matter, so that the amount debited by smc must be reversed and also see that faith of all those clients given them poa must not be broken.

Even if consumer forum will advice me to pay the dues and will clear that smc global are correct on their part, i will pay the dues immediately.

    Dear sir
    I have account with SMC reference no RML2220 i am making transaction in comodity sigment and brokerage charges are charged me almost 0.50% instead of 0.03%. so kindly refund the excess charged amount refund me and further charges should be as per your brokerage chart 0.03%

    I hope SMC will listen me and resolve my issue

          Dear Team

          I have opened a demat account with SMC global yamunanagar branch with code YSY0068, At the time of account opening I was told that the brokerage would be 10/- per lot IN all segments, but after my first trade I was come to know that my brokerage is 5 time higher than the commited amount, when on saturday I called Mr Deepak the manager who opened the Demat account I asked him about the charges, he said that his boss is on leave, he will provide the approval for the same on urgent bases, but till 3PM the commitment was not full filled . I said him to call their boss on this Deepak replied that he is his boss so he can't call him twice.

          Now I want to ask SMC global that the so called boss, is he the owner of SMC that he can't attend the call for client query.
          What is the matter with this guy that he can't give the service on time, and when I asked Mr Deepak to prive me his no. He directly denied for the same. This is my right to have his no and ask him queries.

          And if he is unable to do so then why is he working in the organisation.

          Kindly provide me the solution for the same or I will have to pull the matter to SEBI and consumer court

              I had transfer money to trading account. Money had deducted from my bank account but not updated in SMC trading account.
              I had drop mail, follow up mail. try to contact toll free number
              Worst service while opening account they give big promise but service is really poor. No proper support.
              Please i will recommend do not open your account with SMC.

                Fraud company

                This scamstar sorry smc is a big scamer. Their full management is well trained how to bluffed or cheated client money. I[censored] trade Daly basis then they show u actual amount but when u go for trade their system blocked u even i[censored] have ur money....

                Respected sir,
                My client Id is mpm0200. I do trade own. Last few years I ve faced similar problem with one problem. They blocked me anytime when I trade. When I contact they never pick up my call. When I get excited they bluffed me like anything. Today is the day I did my first trade when I want to trade 2nd time they blocked me. When I contacted many time but no body picked up my call. Even rms cut my call twice. When I itractted with Bhaskar through whatsapp he with out listen my problem told me talked to rms. First rms guy told me that margin shortage when asked my ledger balanced then he told me u can trade now. What is nonsense thing going nobody tell me.
                I talked to prakash he told me same thing but I told him I ve enough fund with me that time he took me for 10 min and promise me to call back. It's already 1 and half hours gone now I call him he is not picked up my call. Pls look into this matter seriously.

                      Non updation of Bank details in Demat account

                      I am having a Demat account no. PFR 1690 in SMC Global since long. I have to update my new bank details in my Demat ac due yo merged of bank. Already I have submitted documents required by SMC account opening team several times but still updation is pending and every time a new document is demanded which is harasment for a customer. Due to this delaying I am not able to trade and incurring monetry loss. I request you to look into the matter...

                      I have an issue and sent mail in month of October but like govt organisations they give me time lines on phone for last 6 months and no one reply on mail or resolve the issue neither saying anything

                          Sir

                          I am pooja raheja having smc demat a/c. [protected] i sold iob equity shares in delivery mode of rs. 188730/- and brokrage charged rs. 2878/- which is totally illegal and not justified. According to your charges detail the total brokerage including all tax, stt, transaction charges should not be greater than 1000/- but deduction of too much amount of rs. 2878/- is illegal.

                          Kindly reverse my charges or i will close my account with lodging complaint to SEBI.

                            1. I had registered for a share trading account with SMC global securities on 26th of Feb, 2020. My user id is ISM0063.

                            2. Mr Anirban Dutta (ph no [protected], email : Anirban.[protected]@gmail.com) was representing as an authorized sub agent of SMC. (Dealing Officer as mentioned in SMC e-contract notes)

                            3. I had deposited Rs 4 lakhs to SMC in two tranches, on 27th Feb and 9th March

                            4. There were daily trading done through the said sub-agent, which were confirmed by post trade confirmation from SMC by recorded voice call and email contract notes. However, there was no pre-trade confirmation taken by SMC to carry out the trades.

                            5. The daily trades were carried out during the period 27th Feb till 18th of March. The details of the trades, as per my authorization and confirmation received from SMC, are summarized herewith. (annexure 1).

                            6. The trades show a cumulative profit of aprx Rs 67000, accordingly a payout was received by me for a similar amount till May.

                            7. I received no intimation from SMC of share purchase that was done with my initial investment of Rs 400000. On repeated enquiries, I received a statement on 17th June which showed 4 stocks in my account, whose total purchase price was Rs 391500. (Annexure 2. )

                            8. In end of August, I instructed the sub agent Mr Anirban to sell off one of the stocks (Axis Bank) and transfer the Sales proceeds to me. He confirmed to me that the stocks have been sold, but despite following up for a month, no money was transferred to me.

                            9. Subsequently, on checking my DMAT account, I did not find any of the stocks mentioned in Annexure 2. On enquiry, the sub agent told me that SMC had “Pledged my shares” in their own account, hence they were not showing. (Annexure 3. whatsapp msg transcript)

                            10. On getting suspicious and concerned, I lodged a formal complaint to SMC to know the whereabouts of my money (Rs 4 lakhs) or the shares. (Annexure 4). But no explanation was given by SMC despite repeated reminders and phone calls.
                            11. Subsequently I lodged a complaint in the NSE portal, first on 5th Oct, then modified on 8th Oct, and finally updated on 19th Oct (Annexure 5 : complaint ref no NSEKRO/0026720/20-21/ISC)

                            12. A response was received from NSE through NSE on 14th Oct, where they claimed that my deposit of 4 lakhs had been lost in intra-day trading, but no documentary proof of such trades was furnished by them. (Annnexure 6). As already mentioned in point 6 and Annexure 1, the confirmed and authorized trades do not show any such loss.

                            13. NSE arranged a GRC hearing on 18th of Nov, along with SMC representative. However, I felt that the discussion was based entirely on verbal accounts from both sides, and no evaluation of documentary evidence was done from either side. The GRC Officer seemed to dismiss my complaint purely based on unsubstantiated verbal claims by SMC representative. (NSE contact Ms Trina Ghosh, phn [protected], email : [protected]@nse.co.in )

                            14. The GRC order, and my remarks against the observations and conclusions are enclosed in Annexure 7 and 8 respectively)

                            Desired resolution : I request a refund of my deposit of Rs 4 lakhs, and action against SMC Global for resorting to fraudulent transactions and failing to protect the customer’s interest.

                            Plz advise how to upload the necessary documents and email copies.

                                  This is to inform you that i am working as a sub broker with smc global securities but since the day i made payment for your frenchise i am not getting any kond of suppirt from your company and my rm i want to work as well i want to grow my busoness but due to lack of knowledge and training i am unable to work on it my facing so much difficulties to operate the software your team is completly non supportable is there any chance to withdraw my registration and i get my money back or should o go to sebi because it is become in tolerable for me.

                                    I have opened my trading account.. My client id is rml3439 but they have not given any password if i am asking for password they are not responding my call and saying u have to generate yourself... I have tried to create password 1000 times but iam not able to do so... Plzzzz take appropriate action so that i dont have to move to court for such small thing...
